Gotcha Day is Coming!

We are so happy you have chosen Cream Puff Labradoodles to bless your home with an adorable new family member. The most important day of your puppy's life (their Gotcha Day) will soon be here and they can't wait to join you in their fur-ever home. As the big day approaches please take some time to review the important information below, and please reach out to us by email with any questions.

Getting Here

Our address is 329 Roycefield Rd, Hillsborough, NJ, 08844. When you drive to our address, you should turn in when you see the red "Cream Puff Farms" sign. The driveway is about 1/4 of a mile long. Please drive past the first residential house. Behind the house is a parking lot. Please park there and one of our team members will come out to greet you.

Puppy Health Insurance

We require all families taking home a Cream Puff puppy to have active pet insurance when they pick their puppy up on Gotcha Day. Over the last year we have done a lot of research and have chosen to work with The Pet Insurance Brokers moving forward. We believe they can help families find the best coverage for them. Please visit our The Pet Insurance Brokers website to get started finding coverage. If you haven’t quite managed to find insurance yet and live outside of NY, you can sign up for 30 days free through Trupanion using our code. Unfortunately this is not free if you live in NY.

First Vet Appointment

Your puppy must visit a veterinarian within 72 hours of going home, and you must provide us with a copy of their examination results. This is part of our Health Guarantee and Sales Agreement.

Balance Payment

We only accept personal checks two weeks in advance. We cannot accept a personal check at pick up. If you are paying your balance at pick up, you will need to bring a cashier's check or money order (made out to Cream Puff Labradoodles), or cash. We do also accept payment via credit card (however, there is a 3% convenience fee added for this payment methods).

We have put together numerous files to help you get started on your journey with your Cream Puff Labradoodle puppy.
